How to email a U.S. senator
Senators do not publish direct email addresses. Every Senate office instead uses an official web contact form — that form is the Senate’s email channel, and messages sent through it reach the same staff. Here is the form for every senator, by state.
Why no plain email address? Senate offices receive very high message volume and prioritise constituents, so the forms ask for your state or ZIP code first. A message sent from outside a senator’s state is generally logged but not answered.
