How To Contact Your Senators

How can I contact my senators?

It is easy to find the contact information for your state’s senators. The phone number, mailing address, and email address for all 100 United States senators are public information.

To find the contact information for your senators, go to the contact senators page and find the state you live in. Each state has two senators at any given time. As you can imagine, senators get a lot of communication from the public, and they have assistants to filter and sort most of it. In order to get a favorible response, try to make your message well-written, succinct, and polite.

  1. I’ve become completely disabled through the pandemic, and due to those representing me caring more about Virtue signaling, abs welcoming Afghani’s onto our welfare system, they have NOTHING AT ALL IN PLACE TO PREVENT UTAHAN’s like me, from losing my aptm/housing THIS JANUARY! Nobody cares…my local, county, city, state gov…. Beginning with my state (of Utah’s) Governor Spencer Cox, my senators, Mike Lee and Mittens Romney, as well as my House Rep (I’m very sorry to say) Burgess Owens, are All IGNORING MY VOICEMAILS, EMAILS, etc.

Please can you help me?!! I cannot be homeless in January, especially with snow likely on the ground and Pets. Do not have use of my fingers because they are being eaten away, without an end in sight. I am desperate! Resource contacts provided me, cannot help me. Thank you

  2. Senator McConnell,
Please let me urge you not to abandon the filibuster. You may want to retire from the Senate but there are many who will be remaining to face the bitter foray of destructive bills that will be enabled to be passed against those of us still affected by their issues.
    Mrs. Faye Witmer

  3. Re Life at Conception – Non-democratic DEMOCRAT PARTY members
will be paying PREGNANT WOMEN to vote BECAUSE “LIFE AT CONCEPTION” means the unborn LIFE inside them gives them – actually forces them– to vote on behalf of the LIFE they are carrying, and that means THEY GET TWO VOTES. …. You know those women will vote. Let’s see. they were saying 62 million abortions, that means 62 million votes for the non-democratic Democrat PARTY. Isn’t Joe Biden’s world wonderful….grrrrr

  4. Dear Senator,

I feel that Democrats in the government keep scratching their heads and wringing their hands
to relieve the despicable itching of January 6th – it may never be relieved if a solution can be on the table, ready to use on behalf of saving our nation. Have you and your associates looked at the possibilities that Republicans in Congress have broken their oath of office? I think they have. They are not interested any longer to “protect and defend” the Constitution and Democracy. Instead their loyalty and goals are to take America to a non-democratic power. If the oath of office is essential to keep and maintain their office and role of their jobs shouldn’t those whose responsibilities and position rejecting the Democracy of America be dealt with and summarily repremaned and limited to further representing America and especially The White House? They haven’t been doing the job!

  5. Please NH senators, Shaheen and Hassan, do not vote for the voters Rights Act as it is completely against the US constitution which you took an oath to uphold. Do what is r ight. Eighty percent of American people want voter ID and do not want illegals voting in our elections. Thank you. Make the Godly choice please. Vote against doing awzy with the filibuster too.

  6. Dear Senator Valderama: Regarding SB 177 Burns (Please make your concerns when you attend)
in 2019 you attended a Maryland General Assembly meeting hosted by Mr. Michael Burns and the still acting director. After you had interjected several questions addressing the neglect of the elderly employees of Bethlehem steel and what was to be the medical treatment, medical supplies including their hearing aids. etc., (permanent damage was included.) Mr. Burns acted as though all the employees had been treated and laughed that only the 1955 group was still outstanding. He never answered your questions and lied about what was to be done about all of them. He was, as always, disrespectful and acted as if you had not the right to care. Thank you for caring
