I used to think that they have to go to Harvard, West Point, or become a Navy SEAL.

Sure, there are some senators who have studied Law at Yale and Harvard. There are veterans from the Army, Air Force, West Point, etc.

Well, we even have an astronaut-turned senator.

But, the truth is there are also more ordinary teachers or workers who become US Senator.

Zooming out of the daily politics – we may or may not like what they support or don’t support. But, I honestly think most of our US senators are truly impressive Americans.
